This letter is to provide you with important information which will affect future appointments so please read thoroughly. 

As many of you are aware we have been struggling to keep up with the demand for appointments despite the fact we have not taken new clients in the past 4 years.  We want you to know that with unsustainably long days and being booked out months it has still become too difficult for us to remain open without making adjustments. The rapid economic changes from the last year have presented many difficulties, some of which are hiring support staff and costs of supplies, equipment and services.

It’s been a heart wrenching journey trying to find solutions to these obstacles since we feel connected to all of our pups. Because of our personal attachment, we’ve handed off this task to a business consultant who specializes in the pet industry and has helped many groomers go through this same process of adjusting to the economic fall out of the last year. We’ve committed to following all of their recommendations, which include moving our schedule to monthly, adding a limited membership and price restructuring. If you’ve received the message that has brought you to this notice, we would like to continue to offer you our services.

To receive information from the membership coordinator please email 
and they will contact you with information on how to schedule future appointments and new adjusted pricing. Membership will be required to schedule after July 1st. 

If you do decide to go elsewhere, we completely understand and want you to do what is best for you and your pup. We would like to provide grooming notes and handling preferences to you or whomever you choose. This will make it much easier for you, the pups and for the groomer. We can make recommendations for groomers we feel are comparable in their services as well and are putting together a list. There are many good groomers out there, however there is no groomer licensing or regulations, this means there is often no oversight and there are some groomers we would strongly urge you not to use. Please research, find a personal recommendation or feel free to ask our thoughts as we care deeply about the wellbeing of your pups. 

We apologize for the long letter. This is emotionally difficult to address with everyone verbally as we sincerely love all of our pup friends and feel deeply saddened by these changes.
